Welcome to Hawassa College of Teacher Education Registrar and Alumni Office
The Registrar and Alumni office is one of the main offices of the college that plays a significant role in performing various activities, focusing on the registrar system of Hawassa College of Teacher Education.
We propose that the registrar system has two offices, one called the main office and the other called the record office.
- The main office is responsible for administration of different issues such as recording and authorizing all files received from various sources.
- The record office is responsible for executing tasks that arise from the main office. There are various tasks in the system, including:
- The registration process for both freshman and senior students
- Assigning students to groups
- Preparation of mastersheets, officials, lists, grade reports, etc.
- Adding and dropping courses
- Withdrawal or cancellation
