Dear stakeholders, while our existing resources are valuable, they are not sufficient to achieve the high-quality education, research outcomes, and community services that are in demand. The college aims to become a true centres of excellence in teacher education by enhancing our resource centres, providing regular CPD trainings, upgrading technology supported teaching-learning facilities, improving data administration technologies, implementing smart classrooms, enhancing physical and cyber security systems, and offering better student and customer service. I urge national and international collaborators with a passion for education to partner with our college in creating a distinguished teachers training hub in Ethiopia and beyond.

Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to the Sidama National Regional State Education Bureau, Finance Bureau, Construction Authority and other regional and national stakeholders for their continued support. I also extend my thanks to the former and current academic and administrative staff whose contributions have been invaluable. Let us continue to work together and grow hand-in-hand. Thank you!
